Commands

list - List saved Locations
use - Use a Location for this profile’s commands
show - Show a Location
add - Save a Location without provisioning resources
update - Set a Location’s maximum capacity and BYOC Server sizes
server_sizes - List the Server sizes Blossom may use in a BYOC Location
remove - Remove an empty non-default Location
