Set the Location this profile’s commands use, such as where app:create,
environment:list and capacity:show look:
blossom location:list
blossom location:use --id location-100
A profile belongs to one Account through its login, so its Location is what
changes within it; use another profile for another Account. --default
follows the Account’s default Location again, including when it changes:
blossom location:use --default
blossom profile:current
