Scales an Environment Service to the requested number of containers.
Use --follow to stream the scale Activity logs until the run completes.
Use --service when the Environment has more than one Service, such as web
and worker. If the Environment only has one Service, Blossom chooses it
automatically.
This is the friendly environment-level command for scaling. The lower-level
resource command is service:scale.
