Show the Account’s usage this month, Location count and email alert:

blossom spending:show

Each Location has its own capacity ceiling. The email alert watches the whole month’s bill, including bandwidth and storage, and never stops resources. Change it with spending:update --data.

Request more Locations with capacity:limit_request:create --locations N, or more capacity with --location LOCATION_ID --units N. Include --reason.
