Scale a service
Usage
blossom service:scale --id ID --desired-size DESIRED_SIZE [--follow] [--timestamps]

Examples:
blossom service:scale --id service-100 --desired-size 2
blossom service:scale --id service-100 --desired-size 2 --follow
blossom service:scale --id service-100 --desired-size 2 --follow --no-timestamps
Sets the desired container count for a service. Blossom reconciles the running containers after the scale request is accepted.
Use --follow to stream the scale Activity logs until the run completes.
Most users scale from the environment:
blossom environment:scale --id environment-100 --service web --desired-size 2
