Lists the Quickstart catalog: ready-to-deploy example Apps with the command each one runs. Use a key as quickstart in an App Plan to prefill it:

blossom app_plan:create -d '{"app_plan":{"quickstart":"ruby-sinatra"}}'

Quickstarts are starter Apps, not records; the App Plan is the record.
