Delete an unused organization
Usage
blossom organization:delete [--id ID] [--confirm CONFIRM] [--yes]
Flags
| Flag | Description |
|---|---|
--id |
Organization id. Defaults to the current organization |
--confirm |
Exact organization name |
--yes, -y |
Skip the name prompt in a terminal; –confirm is still required |
Examples:
blossom organization:delete --confirm "Acme" --yes
blossom organization:delete --id organization-100 --confirm "Acme" --yes
Delete an organization only when it was never really used.
This command is intentionally narrow. It is for cleanup of an empty organization that has no Accounts, no subscriptions, and no usage history. If the organization has ever had billable usage, Blossom will not hard-delete it.
Use organization:close for organizations that have been used. Delete the
organization’s Accounts first, then close the organization so billing and usage
history remain available for review.
Deletion:
- requires the exact organization name
- does not delete Accounts or resources inside the organization
- is blocked when Accounts, billing history, or usage history exist
