Show the full command reference

## Usage

    blossom help:all

Shows the full Blossom CLI command reference.

Text output lists every command by category.

JSON output includes command and flag details:

    BLOSSOM_OUTPUT=json blossom help:all

The JSON response includes every visible command, command group, usage line,
flag definition, category, summary, and embedded command help.
Use exact command help when you want one command:

    blossom environment:deploy --help
