Create a starter git_ssh_key.yml

Usage

blossom git_ssh_key:init [--force]

Flag	Description
`--force, -f`	Overwrite an existing starter file

Examples:

blossom git_ssh_key:init

Creates a starter git_ssh_key.yml file. Blossom generates the private/public key pair when the Git SSH key is created.
