Create a starter git_repo.yml

Usage

blossom git_repo:init [--force]

Flag	Description
`--force, -f`	Overwrite an existing starter file

Examples:

blossom git_repo:init

Creates a starter git_repo.yml file by default.

Edit the file, then create the git repository connection:

blossom git_repo:create --data git_repo.yml

Find environments:

blossom environment:list
