Examples
blossom environment:maintenance:enable --id environment-100 --follow
Maintenance controls the routing page only. It does not stop or scale Services, pause jobs or deployments, or disconnect database clients. App capacity in the Location remains running and billable until maintenance is disabled. If capacity is already changing, wait for that operation to finish and retry.
Repeated requests for the current state do nothing. Wait for an in-progress
change to finish before sending another. Use --follow to wait for its Activity.
