Switch PostgreSQL to its standby
Usage
blossom database_instance:switchover --id ID [--yes] [--follow] [--timestamps]

Moves the PostgreSQL writer to its standby. Blossom fences the current primary before promotion and keeps the private endpoint unchanged; the old primary becomes the new standby.
A brief connection interruption is expected. Use it for planned maintenance
or to test failover. The Database instance needs a standby first: set standby: true
with database_instance:update.
