Creates a cloud provider in the current Blossom Account. provider is the
Blossom provider key. Run blossom cloud_provider:types to see supported
providers, required fields, and example payloads.
Local files and inline data support $VAR and ${VAR} substitution from
.env, BLOSSOM_VARS_FILE, and the process environment. See
blossom help:data.
Run blossom cloud_provider:init to create a starter Hetzner
cloud_provider.yml file.
Use JSON output when another tool needs to read provider requirements:
BLOSSOM_OUTPUT=json blossom cloud_provider:types
After creating a cloud provider, check the saved credentials:
blossom cloud_provider:check --id cloud_provider-100
When available, text output includes an Open: link to the cloud provider in
the Blossom web UI. JSON output includes the same link under meta.links.web.
Some providers require browser authorization and cannot be created through the API. See the full guide: https://docs.blossom88.com/docs/locations/cloud-providers/create-from-cli/
