# blossom capacity:retire

Retire App Capacity, or put an idle Builder to sleep, now

## Usage

blossom capacity:retire [--id ID] [--yes] [--follow] [--timestamps]

## Flags

| Flag | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `--id` | App Capacity id. Defaults to the App allocation in the selected Location |
| `--yes, -y` | Confirm immediate Capacity retirement |
| `--follow, -f` | Follow Capacity retirement logs |
| `--timestamps` | Show log timestamps. Default: true. |

Retire Capacity now instead of after its idle retention: all active App
Capacity in a Location, or one idle Builder. Data, Persistent and dedicated
allocations are unaffected.

Usage:
blossom capacity:retire [--id ID] --yes [--follow]

App Capacity retires only after every App Service and reserved capacity in
the region are at zero. A Builder sleeps only when no build is running or
waiting and it keeps no minimum; its next build starts it again. Either way
Blossom removes the Servers and stops billing that Capacity, keeping the
durable policy and regional identity.

Examples:

    blossom capacity:show
    blossom capacity:retire --yes --follow
blossom capacity:retire --id capacity-100 --yes --follow
