List capacity allocations
Usage
blossom capacity:list [--location LOCATION]

BLOSSOM_OUTPUT=json blossom capacity:list
Lists capacity allocations in the selected Location: App, Data, Persistent,
Builder and dedicated resources. Each row shows its stable capacity-* ID,
kind, owner, region, status, active allocation and estimated Blossom charge.
Allocations in different pools cannot be combined as available App headroom. They are not physical Server totals or measured CPU/RAM utilization.
Inspect one allocation:
blossom capacity:show --id capacity-100
App policy commands select the App allocation in the current Location. Data, Persistent, Builder and dedicated allocations are managed through their owning resources.
