Export billing usage CSV

Usage

blossom billing:usage:export [--month MONTH] [--period-range PERIOD_RANGE]

Flags

`--period-range`	Billing period as start_timestamp,end_timestamp

Examples:

Prints raw billing usage records as CSV. The export is separate from billing:usage so humans can review summaries by default and billing-sensitive users can send raw records directly to files, spreadsheets, or reconciliation tools.

The CSV includes readable usage, raw meter quantities, list price, discount, Blossom charge, reporting status, and preserved Account and workload identity.

Defaults:

period: current billing period

CSV is the only supported export format.
