Route a path prefix, such as /api, to a Service of the Environment.

## Arguments

| Argument | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `data` | object | The route. Required. |
| `data.environment_id` | string | Environment id. |
| `data.service_id` | string | Service it sends to. |
| `data.path` | string | Path prefix, such as /api. |
