# metric_stream_create

Start a metric stream for an Environment's Containers, then read it with metric_stream_show. metric_source_list gives the source type and scope.

## Arguments

| Argument | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `data` | object | Values come from metric_source_list. Required. |
| `data.streamable_id` | string | Environment id. |
| `data.source_type` | string | Such as container. |
| `data.metric_scope` | string | Such as environment-100:web. |
| `data.time_range` | string | Defaults to live. |
