# Connect Claude Code to Blossom

Give Claude Code access to Blossom from your project. Run this command in
the directory where you use Claude Code:

    claude mcp add --transport http blossom https://mcp.blossom88.com/mcp

Start Claude Code in that directory. Open `/mcp`, select **blossom**, and
choose **Authenticate**. In the browser, select your Blossom Account and
**Read only** to preview changes. A new Claude Code session picks up the
server’s current tools.

## What You Get

Claude Code can inspect your Blossom Account while you work on the repository.
Ask “Which Account am I connected to?” The equivalent CLI command is
`blossom whoami`. Continue with [Deploy from Chat](/docs/ai-agents/first-blossom-chat/) when you’re
ready to preview a deployment.
